Program Description

When visiting the Maltese archipelago, a Gozo island tour is a must. A jeep ride will allow you to visit all the major spots on the island. During the ride, the opportunity to admire the beautiful views that this small island has to offer. The tour begins by arriving at the port and then taking a boat to the island of Gozo. On the spot, change the means of transportation to a jeep. The first point of the tour is Qala Belvedere, which is the most popular viewpoint on the island, offering a wonderful view of Camino Island and the Blue Lagoon. The next point is Ramla Bay, where the red beach is located. Drive to the Rotunda of Xewkiji. This impressive church boasts the third tallest unsupported dome in the world. Lunch in local restaurant. Next, visit the archaeological site of Ġgantija. In 1980, it was listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The next points to visit are the Sanap Cliffs and Xlendi Bay.  Drive to the center of Gozo, free time for shopping or drinking coffee at local cafes. Moving on, the route takes you to Dwejra Bay and Marsalforn Bay, then to the basilica and sanctuary of Ta' Pinu. This spectacular basilica is one of Gozo's most iconic monuments. The final points of the tour are the salt pans stretching for several more kilometers on Gozo's north coast, Gozo's capital Victoria and Cittadella. During the summer season, a stop at one of the beaches and free time for swimming. Return by boat from Gozo to mainland Malta and return to hotels.

It was not successful. The guide was not able to take care of the participants with all the jeeps. We did not meet the pilot anywhere. The jeep was too tight for 6 people plus the driver and...
