Program Description

This is a perfect trip in central Bali, ideal for anyone who wants to discover the island’s greener and more peaceful side. You can expect scenic lakes, mountain landscapes, a Hindu temple set on the water and some of the most beautiful rice terraces in Bali.

You will start your journey with a drive towards Bedugul, a mountain region known for its cooler climate and lush nature. Along the way, you will visit a local market where you can see stalls filled with tropical fruits, vegetables and regional products. It’s a great opportunity to experience everyday life in Bali and observe a region famous for its agriculture.

Next, you will head to Ulun Danu Temple, one of the most iconic landmarks on the island. This Hindu temple, located on Lake Beratan, impresses not only with its unique architecture but also with its stunning surroundings - calm waters, rolling hills and fresh mountain air. It is a place where you can truly feel the spiritual and tranquil atmosphere of Bali, while enjoying views that are among the most photographed on the island.

The programme also includes a stop at a viewpoint overlooking Lake Tamblingan. It’s a short but very picturesque moment of the tour - perfect for admiring the natural beauty of central-northern Bali and taking memorable photos.

At the end of the trip, you will visit the Jatiluwih Rice Terraces, famous for their vast green landscapes and traditional irrigation system. This is one of the best places to understand why Bali’s scenery is so admired. A walk among the terraces will allow you to see the island from a completely different perspective - calm, harmonious and deeply connected with nature.

The order of the visits and the programme may change.
