Program Description
Meeting elephants is one of those experiences that allows you to explore Thailand's natural side. During your visit to an elephant sanctuary, you'll spend time with these magnificent animals, learn about their daily habits and have the opportunity to interact with them up close. Feeding the elephants, enjoying a mud bath and spending time together in the water will make this an experience to remember!
Around midday, you'll set off for the elephant sanctuary, where the animals live in conditions similar to their natural habitat. You'll observe them up close, discover their behaviour and learn about their daily lives. You'll also have the opportunity to feed the elephants yourself, making for a truly memorable encounter.
If you're looking for even more excitement, you can join the elephants for a mud bath. Mud helps protect their skin from the sun and insects, which is why rolling around in it is a natural behaviour for these animals. Afterwards, you'll enter the pond with the elephants, where you'll have the chance to gently scrub their backs. To round off this water-filled adventure, you'll enjoy a shower with the elephants.
After spending time with the animals, you'll enjoy lunch or dinner at a local restaurant within the elephant village. It's a great opportunity to relax and share your favourite moments from the visit.
